ISO: Brooklyn Print Shop, ca. 1920

From the Contact form:

I am trying to find information about a printing shop that my great-great grandfather, Pell Hubbard Pell and the Blauvelt family, owned somewhere in Brooklyn in or around 1920. Any light you can shed on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanking you in advance, Yours faithfully, Connie Pell

  1. I suggest you contact the Brooklyn Historical Society (www.brooklynhistory.org). They have voluminous records of maps and business directories. They are closed at the moment for the coronavirus, but they have a lot of material that is researchable on line. You could also check the files of the Brooklyn Eagle, which are available either at the Historical Society or the Brooklyn Public Library.
