Event Details & Formats
The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held in a hybrid format, allowing for both in-person and virtual attendance.
In-Person Location: 307 West 38th Street, Studio 1505 (15th Floor), New York City (between Eighth and Ninth Avenues) (reservation required, please RSVP here)
Virtual Attendance: The meeting will be streamed live via Zoom (reservation required to receive login codes, please RSVP here)
2026 Nominating Committee’s Slate
On behalf of the Secretary, the Nominating Committee hereby presents the following slate for vote at the Annual Meeting:
President: Virginia L. Bartow (New York, NY)
Secretary: Michelle McCarthy-Behler (New York, NY)
Treasurer (2nd term): Jim Kuhn (Austin, TX)
Vice President for Membership (2nd term): Diane Dias De Fazio (Pittsburgh, PA)
Vice President for Programs: Alexandria Post (San Francisco, CA)
Vice President for Publications: Todd Samuelson (Salt Lake City, UT)
Trustees: Seth Gottlieb (Washington, DC), Ana Rodríguez (Champaign, IL), and Amanda Stuckey (Summerdale, PA; 1st full term)
Brief biographies for all board candidates will soon be posted on the APHA website. All current APHA members will be eligible to vote on the slate of candidates, regardless of whether you attend in-person or virtually.
2026 Awards
Our annual meeting will also feature awards recognizing the following individual and institution for their distinguished contributions to the study, recording, preservation, and dissemination of printing history:
Individual Laureate: Dr. Elizabeth Savage (University of London)
Institutional Award: Pyramid Atlantic Art Center (Hyattsville, MD)
