Regular back issues of Printing History (original series and new series) cost $20.00 each to current APHA members, and $25 to non-members (add $2.00 per issue if outside the U.S.), while Double back issues cost $40 to members and $45 to non-members. All orders must be accompanied either by a check payable, in U.S. dollars, to APHA, by credit card information, or by an institutional purchase order. All issues from Whole Issues (original series) nos. 1-49 (Vol. I, no. 1 - Vol. XXIV, no. 1) are available except for those which are out-of-print.
